His family
Alex is the first to say he does not do this alone. He is hugely appreciative of his father, Jim, his mother, Anissa, and his sister, Emerson, and everything they put in so that he can chase racing.
Take the helmet off and Alex Alonzo is a 15-year-old from Deerfield Beach, Florida who has never been interested in anything quite as much as cars.
Racing is the goal, but cars are the hobby too. If something has an engine and four wheels, he wants to know how it works, who built it and how fast it goes. When he is not driving one, he is usually finding a way to get to a track and watch someone else do it.
Around all of that are the things that keep him grounded: his family, his friends, and a house full of animals.

Alex goes to IMSA events all the time. He is always trying to get to the track, whether he is driving or standing at the fence watching how the professionals do it.
He loves his dogs, Dex, Lolly and Luna, and his chinchilla, Chi Chi. Away from racing, time with his family comes first.
He spends time with his friends like anyone his age, and then they all get on the sim and race each other.
Alex collects model cars, and he is a Hot Wheels collector too. The collection keeps growing.
How he trains, what he races in the sim, and where he is headed next.
